Nothing Phone (2a)

Online rumors and leaks concerning the Nothing Phone (2a) have surfaced over the past few months. Its official X account just shared a post confirming that the device will sport up to 12GB of RAM and the Dimensity 7200 Pro processor. Additionally, a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen and a revamped rear panel devoid of the company's recognizable Glyph interface are rumored to be included.

Xiaomi’s latest flagship series, which was launched in China last year, is also coming to India next month. Featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the Chinese variant of the compact handset sports a slightly larger 6.36-inch AMOLED screen compared to its predecessor.

It runs on HyperOS based on Android 14 out of the box and may come with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. Similar to its predecessor, it has a ceramic back and features a 50MP primary camera alongside a 50MP ultrawide lens and a 50MP telephoto sensor with 3.2x zoom.

The phone has a 4,610mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. And while there is no information on how much it will cost, but taking a look at its predecessor’s price, Xiaomi might launch it for somewhere around Rs 80,000.

Realme 12 Plus

Following the launch of the Realme 12 Pro series, which introduced capable telephoto lenses at an affordable price, the company is expected to launch the Realme 12 series, which will have two models that cost a bit less than their Pro counterparts.

The company yesterday posted a video on X (previously Twitter) that the Realme 12 Plus will have a “2 years ahead camera tech” and will be the first phone in the segment to feature a Sony OIS camera, which may be the Sony LYT-600 sensor but did not share any details about the same.

On the hardware front, the Realme 12 Plus might pack the Dimensity 7050 chipset and pack a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen. While Realme is yet to confirm the official launch date, a tipster hints that the phone will be coming to India on March 5
